NKF with UniCredit on financing for voluntary public offer
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF), acting as lead counsel, advised UniCredit Bank in connection with its role as sole underwriter, arranger, bookrunner, settlement guarantee issuing bank and agent on the CHF 700 million financing for SoftwareOne Holding’s voluntary public offer, directed to all shareholders of Crayon Group Holding ASA.
Moreover, NKF represented the other members of the banking syndicate working on the deal.

Crayon Group Holding is a specialist in software procurements, IT cost management, cloud services, and data and AI solutions. The company is listed on the Oslo Børs.
