NKF with Wonderhotels on sale to ESMO
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised the shareholder of Wonderhotels SA on the sale of all shares in Wonderhotels SA, including the Hotel De La Paix in Lugano, to ESMO, the European Society for Medical Oncology, an international non-profit organisation active in oncology and a organiser of scientific events in Lugano.
Following the transaction, Hotel De La Paix will retain all current employees, as well as its identity and market positioning.
