NKF with ZKB on Cosmofunding acquisition
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) in connection with the acquisition of Cosmofunding from Vontobel.
The object of the deal, Cosmofunding, is a fully automated portal for the public and private debt capital market.
