NKF with buyers on OPAL acquisition

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised the buyers on all aspects of the acquisition (including the financing of the acquisition) of the OPAL Associates AG (OPAL) headquartered in Switzerland together with its subsidiaries in Germany and Austria.

OPAL is an AutoID system integrator, providing services for logistics, supply chain systems and SAP.
