In December 2025, Oberson Abels officialised the opening of its new Bern office. In connection with the move, the firm welcomed Diego Clavadetscher (pictured), tax specialist and lecturer in VAT law at the University of Bern, as a new partner.
Effective from January 1st 2026, Clavadetscher’s move supports Oberson Abels’ expansion into the Swiss capital.
