Oberson Abels welcomes a new counsel

Oberson Abels strengthens its team with the incorporation of Joël Pahud as Counsel as of April 1, 2022.

This appointment aims to reinforce the team already active in the field of advice and representation in tax audits and in the context of criminal tax law procedures.

Doctor of Law, lawyer and former prosecutor in the Public Ministry of the Confederation, Joël Pahud will be active in the context of criminal tax law proceedings, and more broadly in economic criminal law. His interest in internal investigations and in civil aspects and debt collection will be an important asset in litigation cases.
