Paolo Michele Patocchi appointed as member of Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR
Paolo Michele Patocchi (pictured), from Patocchi & Marzolini, has been appointed by ICC Switzerland as a member of the Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR and the Swiss Delegation to the ICC Commission on Arbitration an ADR for the 2024-2027 mandate.

Paolo Michele Patocchi is a founding partner of Patocchi & Marzolini, the law firm established with Paolo Marzolini on 1 January 2014. He was admitted to the Bar of Geneva in 1984 and has been representing clients and sitting as an arbitrator over the last 30 years.
Patocchi has been active in a number of jurisdictions under various arbitration rules (including the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules, the UNCITRAL Rules, the Milan Rules, the SIAC Rules and the DIAC Rules).
He has had practical experience in the legal system of a number of jurisdictions other than Switzerland such as Albania, Algeria, Austria, Belgium, Egypt, England and Wales, the U.S.A., India, France, Germany, Hungary, Kuwait, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey and the UAE.
The Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR
The Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR of ICC is the main body of ICC Switzerland responsible for the promotion of ICC Dispute Resolution Services in Switzerland and the coordination of Swiss contributions to the ICC Dispute Resolution activities, mainly in the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR in Paris and its Task Forces.
