Pascal Hubli joins Schellenberg Wittmer’s management committee
Schellenberg Wittmer announced that Pascal Hubli (pictured), partner in the Corporate/M&A practice, has joined the firm’s Management Committee. In his new role, Pascal will serve as a member of the firm’s governing body, together with Managing Partner Philippe Bärtsch, and Management Committee members Josef Caleff and Caroline L. Clemetson.
Hubli is a partner in M&A Group in Zurich. His practice focuses on national and cross-border M&A, public takeover law, corporate restructurings, general corporate and commercial transactions as well as venture capital investments. He joined Schellenberg Wittmer as associate in 2007 and became partner in 2017.
