Pestalozzi advised the seller with the sale of Sedes Group

NSF has acquired the four trust companies Sedes Treuhand Anstalt, Central-TreuhandInstitut, Cura Treuinstitut and Gestions Anstalt as of September 15, 2023. This secures the
long-term future of the Sedes Group. This acquisition will strengthen NSF position as one of the leading providers of legal and tax services, fiduciary and family office services and asset management in Liechtenstein.

Gestionsanstalt (founded in 1926) and Cura Treuinstitut (founded in 1928) are among the
oldest and most trusted fiduciary service providers in Liechtenstein. With the integration of the four reputable fiduciary service providers, NSF further pursues its future oriented strategy.

Pestalozzi advised the seller on all legal aspects of the transaction.
