Pestalozzi advises bitvoodoo on its partnership with Communardo

bitvoodoo and Communardo Group have combined their businesses to further expand their solutions footprint across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The two Atlassian Platinum Solution Partners are merging under the umbrella of the Communardo Group. Both companies, leading providers of solutions for all aspects of modern work in the DACH market, will continue to operate independently while pooling their resources.

Pestalozzi advised the sellers of bitvoodoo as lead counsel on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
