Pestalozzi advises buyer Swiss Life on Zwei Wealth acquisition
Pestalozzi advised insurance company Swiss Life through its acquisition of Swiss advisory firm Zwei Wealth.
The context
Headquartered in Zurich, Swiss life is an insurance multinational, offering comprehensive life and pensions and financial solutions, directed at both individuals and businesses. The company is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since 1998
In connection with the deal, Swiss Life reached an agreement for the acquisition of Zwei Wealth, a Swiss asset management advisory firm with locations across Zurich, Geneva, Bern, and Winterthur. As a result of the transaction, the buyer expands its yet existing investment offering with a dedicated Wealth Office platform for institutions and high net worth individuals.
