Pestalozzi advises Intrum on €1bn sale of investment portfolio to Cerberus

Intrum AB (publ) has agreed to sell a material portion of its investment portfolio to affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management L.P. for more than EUR 1 billion. The transaction involves over 10,000 portfolios with a nominal value of EUR 33 billion. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place during the first half of 2024. Pestalozzi advises Intrum on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction, including the pre-sale reorganisation.
