Pestalozzi advises the KHS Group on its joint venture with Ferrum

KHS, manufacturer of filling and packaging equipment for beverage, food and non-food, and a wholly owned subsidiary of the SDAX-listed Salzgitter Group, and Ferrum, producing seaming machines, have entered into a cooperation creating a leading global provider of can seamer machines. As part of the joint venture the US seaming business of KHS and Ferrums’s global seaming business will be merged. Completion of the transaction is subject to merger control clearance.
