Pestalozzi advises on acquisition by AZ Medien of NZZ’s 35% stake in CH Media
Pestalozzi advised both parties in the operation that saw AZ Medien acquiring from NZZ the remaining 35% stake in Swiss media company CH Media, thus making the Wanner family the sole owner of CH Media.
