Pestalozzi advises SSP in acquisition of PRET franchise business

SSP Group, a renowned operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide, has announced that it has acquired rights to develop the Pret A Manger (“PRET”) franchise in German-speaking Switzerland. As part of the deal, SSP will take over operations of three additional PRET stores on top of its existing portfolio in the busy locations of Löwenstrasse, Rennweg and Zurich’s main railway station. The move strengthens SSP’s aspirations to further expand the brand in the German-speaking Switzerland.

Pestalozzi has advised SSP Group and Select Service Partner (Schweiz) on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
