Pestalozzi advises the sellers in the sale of Peyer Group

Peyer Group is a dynamic Swiss SME group active in the fields of product decoration (foils), product marking, cover material for books and packaging and embossing tools for product design. The group employs around 70 employees at various locations in Switzerland, Germany and in the USA.

With the owners reaching retirement age, they have decided to hand over Peyer Group to a new entrepreneurial-minded team to drive the company’s next growth phase. In addition to the new investors, the long-standing Group CEO remains being invested in the company and will continue to drive the Peyer Group forward in his function as CEO. In doing so, the existing business philosophy of the Group is to be maintained and the current employees are to be given an attractive perspective for the future.

Pestalozzi has advised the sellers of Peyer Group on all legal aspects of the transaction.
