Pestalozzi with Coca-Cola HBC on CCBA acquisition
Pestalozzi advised Coca-Cola HBC on its acquisition of a 75% shareholding in Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) from The Coca-Cola Company and Gutsche Family Investments. The deal set a combined purchase price of US$2.6 billion, with an equity value for 100% of CCBA at US$3.4 billion.
