Pestalozzi with G+D Netcetera ob Smart Mobility business divestment to BLT

Pestalozzi advised G+D Netcetera, a Giesecke+Devrient group company, in connection with the divestment of its Smart Mobility business to BLT Baselland Transport.

Pursuant to the deal, the business’ employees and existing customer relationships in Switzerland will be fully transferred to BLT.
