Pierer Mobility completes capital increase of EUR 895m and Lists on SIX

Pierer Mobility, a manufacturer of powered two-wheelers, successfully completed a capital increase in the amount of EUR 895 million by way of contribution in kind of 46.5% of the shares in KTM on 22 October 2021. The newly created shares have, inter alia, been listed and admitted to trading on SIX Swiss Exchange, and trading in such shares has commenced on 25 October 2021.

Schellenberg Wittmer represented Pierer Mobility as Swiss counsel in connection with the listing and admission to trading of the newly created shares on SIX Swiss Exchange, including the prospectus approval procedure by way of an automated prospectus recognition for foreign prospectuses pursuant to the new Swiss Financial Services Act.
