Planet Payment Group acquisition of Datatrans. The advisors

Planet Payment Group, an international provider of integrated payment solutions owned by Advent International and Eurazeo, has acquired Zurich based Datatrans, a provider of advanced payment solutions in the Swiss market. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

The new investment will support the Datatrans s position in the market and enable it to expand into new European markets and deliver new innovative uses for its PCI Proxy platform across Retail, Gaming and Digital services throughout North America and Europe.

Walder Wyss has advised the selling founders of Datatrans with regard to all legal aspects of the transaction.
