PostFinance acquires E-Invoicing Business from SIX Paynet

PostFinance acquires the e-invoicing business from SIX Paynet, one of Switzerland’s leading e-invoicing providers. The purchase was structured as a bulk asset transfer under the Merger Act and completed on 1 April 2021. It includes the existing customer base as well as the Paynet sales staff, enabling PostFinance to ensure continuity and stability for customers and employees.
