Procimmo Real Estate SICAV acquires outlet Aubonne. The advisors

Procimmo Real Estate SICAV has acquired outlet Aubonne in the French speaking part of Switzerland, which were previously owned by the Ingka Centers

With this significant acquisition, the SICAV can continue its growth and value creation strategy. The necessary financial resources for the purchase of these properties come from the successfully implemented capital increase in October.

The Aubonne outlet consists of two building complexes with a lettable area of ​​just over 15,000 m2. The main building was transferred to the SICAV on November 1, 2021. The second property is expected to be transferred before the end of November 2021. The transaction price of the properties in the Littoral Parc area in the municipalities of Aubonne and Allaman is around CHF 100 million, with the annual rental and other income from the acquisition amounting to around CHF 7 million.
