Ardian Growth acquires a stake in ProduceShop: the advisors

ProduceShop, a Swiss e-commerce platform that produces and sells indoor and outdoor furniture in Europe, secured an undisclosed sum from Ardian, a world private investment house. Ardian will help ProduceShop in entering new international markets.

The advisors

Giovannelli e Associati acted as legal advisor to Ardian Growth. The team was coordinated by partner Fabrizio Scaparro (pictured right), and further included associates Paola Cairoli, Matteo Bruni and Claudia Raimondi, and also associate Ferrante Fontana, who worked in the financial aspects of the transaction. 

VISCHER also served as legal advisors to Ardian. The team was led by partner Gian-Andrea Caprez and included partner Christoph Niederer, managing associate Seraina Jenny-Tsering, senior associate Angelo Imperiale and associate Flavio Langenegger.
