Homburger: Pwc sells its global mobility services business, Vialto Partners

Pwc has completed the sale of its global mobility services business, Vialto Partners, to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R). Vialto Partners had previously operated within the PwC network as the Global Mobility Services business unit.

The enterprise value of the sold global mobility services business amounts to USD 2.2 billion.

Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to PwC. The Homburger team was led by partner Daniel Hasler (corporate / m&a, pictured) and included partner Franz Hoffet (competition, regulatory), counsel Peter Müller (tax), associates Carlo Sulser and Anna Peter  (both corporate / m&a) and Anissa Kern (employment and executive compensation).
