Python represents Héli-Alpes before the Swiss supreme court
Python represented Héli-Alpes in a historical victory at the Swiss Supreme Court. The Court reversed the cantonal authorities and the Valais Cantonal Court to end the supremacy of Air Zermatt and Air Glaciers in the field of emergency and health transports by helicopter in the Canton of Valais. The case was very special because the Competition Commission (ComCo) wrote an amicus curiae brief to the Swiss Supreme Court in support of the position of Héli-Alpes and because the monopolistic position of the two companies had been in place for decades.
