Recticel acquires FoamPartner from Conzzeta Holding: the advisors

Recticel has agreed to acquire FoamPartner, the Switzerland-based company engaged in processing, manufacturing, and supplying a range of polyurethane, polyethylene, and melamine foams from Conzzeta Holding, for CHF 270m (EUR 249m).

The transaction wil allow Recticel range of capabilities in foam production and processing, with a strong presence in Europe and operations in Asia and North America. The deal will value for Recticel’s create customers, employees and all other stakeholders.
