Regent acquires Bally from JAB: the advisors
An affiliate of Regent, a global investment firm, has acquired Bally International, the Switzerland-based luxury shoe and accessories company, from JAB. Walder Wyss advised JAB and LCA Studio Legale as Swiss legal advisor on the transaction.
LCA Studio Legale
A team from the Italian law firm LCA Studio Legale, led by M&A partner Leah Dunlop, advised JAB as lead legal advisor on the overall transaction. The LCA team further included Antonio Di Pasquale, Valerio Navarra, Ludovico Bonacina and Giovanni Battista Ferri.
