Renaissance SME acquires majority stake of ekspert. The advisors

Tarek Almagbaly, founder, sold the majority of the capital of ekspert, the company specialised in payroll and accounting outsourcing, to the Renaissance SME Investment Foundation, which will support the strong growth of ekspert.  

The founder, Tarek Almagbaly, remains a shareholder of the company and will also remain active as President. Jean Bochud, who was acting as coo of the company for the past two years, will take over the general management as ceo.
