René Schreiber joined Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland

Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland announced that René Schreiber joined the firm as partner on March 15.

René Schreiber is a partner in Tax department and supports national and international companies as well as individuals in local and cross-border tax matters. He has years of experience in the areas of international tax law, M&A transactions, national and cross-border restructurings and succession planning for medium-sized companies.

During his professional career, René has been intensively involved in complex questions regarding double taxation agreements (in particular, between Germany and Switzerland) and has advised numerous Swiss and foreign clients on the establishment and expansion of an international corporate structure. He also represents private clients and companies in tax cases before Swiss authorities and courts.
