responsAbility Investments completes sale of all outstanding shares to M&G

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the shareholders of responsAbility Investments, an impact investing company focusing on private debt and private equity across emerging markets, to complete successfully the transaction of the sale of all outstanding shares in responsAbility Investments to M&G.

responsAbility has more recently focused on companies with business models tied to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. responsAbility currently has approximately USD 3.7 billion of assets under management (as at year end 2021). The transaction was completed on 2 May 2022.
