Vischer with Rigeto portfolio company Swissphone in acquiring instaSolution

Rigeto portfolio company Swissphone acquires instaSolution, a provider of modern and efficient communication and management solutions in the areas of alerting, crisis management, mobile collaboration, messaging and IoT. The transaction closed on July 16, 2021.

Vischer advised the buyer on this transaction, with a team led by Jürg Luginbühl (corporate/m&a, pictured), the team included Christian Gutzwiller (corporate/m&a), Elias Mühlemann (ip/regulatory), Rebekka Keller (corporate/m&a) and Gordana Nisevic (corporate/m&a).

The entire instaSolution team led by founder Christian Hasenfratz, including the responsible software development team of the previous sister company soXes, will move to Swissphone as part of the transaction. At the same time, Pascal Jaggi will take over the overall management of the Swissphone Group on 1 August 2021.
