Rigips has sold its Leissigen / Krattigen location to Ciments Vigier. The location sold includes a gypsum quarry and the area of a gypsum factory and extends over several properties. The buyer has the quarry operated by Kieswerk Steinigand. Five employees of Rigips AG were taken over by the new operating company.
With the sale of the location in Leissigen / Krattigen, Rigips is concentrating the production of Alba® solid plasterboard on the expanded factory location in Granges (VS). Those responsible at Rigips are convinced that with the sale they have found a good solution for the Leissigen / Krattigen location and the employees concerned.
