Walder Wyss successfully represents Robert Lehmann-Dolle before CAS
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has dismissed the appeal of the German National Anti Doping Agency (NADA) against the first instance award of the German Sports Arbitration Court of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) in its entirety. The former German speed skater Robert Lehmann-Dolle was thus also acquitted of all doping charges by the second instance.
Walder Wyss has successfully advised and represented Robert Lehmann-Dolle in the appeal proceedings before CAS in cooperation with Rainer Tarek Cherkeh of Kern Cherkeh Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB).
