Roman Huber joins Kellerhals Carrard

Roman Huber has joined Kellerhals Carrard as a lawyer. Huber is an experienced disputes and regulatory investigations lawyer who has over 15 years’ experience in dispute resolutions issues and advises and represents private and corporate clients. His practice focuses on white-collar criminal law, international judicial and administrative assistance, compliance, data protection and employment law.

Roman Huber has an in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, based on his prior experience as Head of Compliance Investigations Switzerland at Credit Suisse, where he managed a wide range of internal investigations and whistleblowing proceedings. He also worked for the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in the Enforcement Division as the Deputy Head of International Cooperation. Prior to joining FINMA, Roman had been a core member of the Litigation & Arbitration and Internal Investigation & White-Collar Crime department at two major Swiss law firms for several years, LALIVE and Bär & Karrer. He also worked for Novartis.
