In line with the current rotation concept, Wenger Vieli’s Executive Board will be newly composed as follows as of July 1, 2022. Beat Speck will be Wenger Vieli’s new Managing Partner stepping in for Roman Heizin this position, who will remain on Wenger Vieli’s Executive Board.
Beat Speck has been a member of the Executive Board since 2021 and will represent the firm’s interests in this new position for the coming year and a half. The new Managing Partner has headed the firm’s Transactions Team for many years and has been intimately familiar with Wenger Vieli since joining the firm in 2003.
Pascal Honold will join the Executive Board as successor to Michael Mráz, who is retiring from the Executive Board as per the rotation plan. The new Executive Board member has been with Wenger Vieli as an attorney since 2008 and has many years of experience in the corporate law field in general and m&a practice in particular. In addition to this, he has co-headed the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Team for several years. Mráz has served as a member of the firm’s Executive Board since 2019 and as Managing Partner from 2019-2020. Thanks to his leadership, the firm has always been in best hands.
