RUAG International sells its Simulation & Training business unit to Thales

The aerospace company RUAG International has successfully closed the sale deal of its Simulation & Training business unit to Thales.

Thales will take over all business activities and all 500 employees at various locations in Switzerland, France, Germany and the United Arab Emirates. With this sale, RUAG International is concentrating more on its core activities in the space market.

Baker McKenzie advised RUAG International on all legal, regulatory and competition law aspects of the transaction.
