Schellenberg with Emerald for FINMA license
Schellenberg Wittmer advised Emerald Technology Ventures, a venture capital firm focusing on sustainable industrial innovation, in obtaining its FINMA license as asset manager of collective assets with the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Emerald Technology Ventures becomes one of the first regulated venture capital firms in Switzerland.
