Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to GCA Corporation

GCA Corporation, a global investment bank (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange), has completed the acquisition of Stella EOC, a leading technology and media investment banking boutique with coverage in the Nordics, the UK and continental Europe. With this deal, GCA is expanding its coverage into further key strategic markets, strengthening its already leading technology practice and adding expertise in the media and global entertainment space. Kristoffer Källeskog, a founding partner of Stella EOC, has been appointed to GCA Altium’s executive management committee.

Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to GCA Corporation in this transaction. The team consisted of partner Oliver Triebold (pictured), associate Stefanie Maurer and paralegal Jessica Obrist (all corporate/m&a) and of-counsel Christine Beusch-Liggenstorfer and counsel Michael Hess (both employment), who worked in close cooperation with Jones Day, London, acting as international lead counsel to GCA Corporation.
