Schellenberg Wittmer advised Thematica with its FINMA license

Schellenberg Wittmer advised Geneva based Thematica in obtaining its FINMA license as manager of collective assets with the Swiss Financial Markets Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

Founded in 2006, Thematica specializes in tailored investment solutions for professional clients and also acts as Investment Advisor for Thematica SICAV which is a Luxembourg based Investment Company offering UCITS funds for investors in Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Sweden and Norway.

The team was led by partner Caroline Clemetson (pictured) and included Joane Etienne (banking and finance/Investment Management), Kevin Laurent and Sophie Bastardoz (corporate).
