Schellenberg Wittmer advises Emerald Technology Ventures on FINMA license
Schellenberg Wittmer has advised cleantech venture capital firm Emerald Technology Ventures on obtaining its FINMA license, as asset manager of collective assets, with the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA). According to sources, Emerald Technology Ventures is one of the first Venture Capital firms in Switzerland to be regulated.
