Schellenberg Wittmer advises Sentinal with helicopter leasing platform

Schellenberg Wittmer has advised Sentinal Leasing on its latest ordinary capital increase with a total issue amount of CHF 20 million as well as on the financing of investments by its two Irish subsidiaries, Sentinal Leasing One and Sentinal Leasing Two, aimed at establishing a European helicopter leasing platform.

The platform focuses on helicopters deployed for public infrastructure related activities, such as emergency medical services (EMS), search and rescue, firefighting or other utility-related services. The operational management of the helicopter fleet is carried out by LEVL Leasing, a joint venture company between Lobo Leasing and EMP Structured Assets.
