CGS Management acquired Kalt Maschinenbau from Winkler family: the advisors

CGS Management, a Swiss investment firm in the industrial sector, acquired Kalt Maschinenbau, an international specialist in cheese, dairy and process technology, from the siblings Nadine and Stephan Winkler. CGS will leverage its wealth of experience in further developing the business of mechanical engineering firms to support Kalt in innovation management, digitisation, and the expansion of its international sales and service presence.

The team
