Schellenberg Wittmer expands its partnership lineup with the appointment of Roland M. Ryser (pictured) in its dispute resolution and white-collar crime practice groups, effective from January 1st 2026.

Roland M. Ryser advises and represents individuals and corporatons in regulatory and business crime matters. He regularly defends clients in complex investigations, assisting in mutual legal and administrative assistance proceedings as well as advising on anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and trade compliance matters.
Moreover, Ryser represents private claimants in criminal proceedings, with a particular focus to fraud, misappropriation, mismanagement, and money laundering cases.
