Schellenberg Wittmer appoints new Senior Associates

Schellenberg Wittmer strengthens its team with new appointments. Karina Beaud, Janine Haesler, Kevin Laurent, Nina Lumengo Paka, Manuela Scerri and Daniil Vlasenko are promoted to Senior Associates as of 1 July 2023.

Karina Beaud (pictured top left) is part of the firm’s dispute resolution group in Geneva. Prior to this, she worked as associate at MLL. Janine Haesler‘s (pictured top centre) practice area is international arbitration and ESG. Prior to this she was associate at Lenz & Staehelin. Kevin Laurent (pictured top right) is member of the corporate & commercial and mergers & acquisitions groups in Geneva.

Nina Lumengo Paka (pictured bottom left) is a senior associate in the dispute resolution group in Zurich and a member of the firm’s white-collar crime & compliance and the Internal Corporate Investigations teams.

Manuela Scerri (pictured bottom centre) is a senior associate in the banking and finance, corporate & commercial and mergers & acquisitions groups in Geneva. She advises clients on corporate law, commercial contracts and financial regulatory matters as well as on m&a and financing transactions.

Daniil Vlasenko (pictured bottom right) is part of the International Arbitration group. His practice concentrates on international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as on international sports disputes. Daniil has advised and represented clients in a number of international arbitrations under a variety of arbitration rules (including the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, ICAC and CAS/TAS Rules) and complex cross-border litigations in different jurisdictions.
