Schellenberg Wittmer: BNP on CHF 410m notes issued by EnBW
Schellenberg Wittmer has advised BNP Paribas Suisse in the placement of CHF 410 million dual tranche senior fixed rate notes issued by EnBW International Finance.
BNP Paribas Suisse acted as Swiss paying agent and, together with Commerzbank, as joint lead managers in the successful placement of two series of senior fixed rate notes issued by EnBW International Finance, consisting of CHF 165 million 2.250% notes due 2026 and CHF 245 million 2.6250% notes due 2029. The notes are guaranteed by EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg. White & Case and NautaDutilh acted as counsel to the issuer and the guarantor on this issuance.
