Schellenberg Wittmer represents Group of PV Solar Investors

Schellenberg Wittmer successfully defended an arbitral award obtained by a group of solar energy investors against the Kingdom of Spain in setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court. The investors had brought Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) claims against Spain in UNCITRAL arbitration proceedings administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration. The decision was published by the Swiss Supreme Court.
