Scope Law with Yunex on its business unity acquisition

Scope Law advises Yunex Traffic on the acquisition Traffic Regulation Systems (TRR) division of cablex, Bern, Switzerland, a Swisscom subsidiary specializing in the construction, maintenance and operation of high-performance ICT and network infrastructure solutions.

By integrating the TRR division, Yunex Traffic expands its solution portfolio in Switzerland to include the installation and assembly of traffic signal systems.
