GHR Rechtsanwälte advised Secure Meters in the acquisition of Adaptricity
Secure Meters, a multi-national solutions provider for revenue management, power quality and energy efficiency that is headquartered in India, extends its partnerships worldwide and acquires Adaptricity, a SmartGrid innovation business from Switzerland.
The two companies, which are active in the field of sustainable electricity infrastructure, have signed a corresponding purchase agreement after all existing Adaptricity shareholders had previously approved the transfer of their shares to the new owner Secure Meters.
Adaptricity and Secure Meters complement each other ideally in terms of their products, market presence and innovative spirit. This gives both companies access to new markets and enables grid operators to improve grid planning and monitoring, paving the way for our customers’ transformation towards a carbon neutral energy supply.
