Kellerhals Carrard on succession solution at Senectovia Medizinaltechnik  

Senectovia, a provider of products and services in the field of decubitus prophylaxis and therapy, mobilisation and obesity care. The medical technology company founded in 1980 was taken over by a family office as part of a succession solution. 

Kellerhals Carrard supported the Senectovia shareholders in this acquisition. The team was led by counsel Kathrin Enderli (pictured) and included partners Thomas Bähler and Michèle Remund.
