Baker McKenzie in Sensonor acquisition by Safran Electronics & Defense
Sensonor, a Norwegian company specialising in designing and manufacturing high-precision tactical grade gyro sensors, gyro modules and IMUs for demanding applications, has joined Safran Electronics & Defense for inertial navigation systems.
With this acquisition, Safran Electronics & Defense expands its portfolio of its existing and developing MEMS inertial solutions.
Baker McKenzie advised Sensonor and its shareholders in all the legal aspects of the transaction.
